摘  要:可靠性分配是电子对抗系统可靠性设计的重要环节。电子对抗系统组成相对复杂,影响系统可靠性的因素较多。针对传统层次分析分配法中判断矩阵不易满足一致性要求和无法进行多专家综合评价的问题,以构造判断矩阵的拟优一致矩阵和群组层次分析法(AHP)综合判断矩阵为基础,提出了基于改进AHP的电子对抗系统可靠性分配方法。以某型电子对抗系统的可靠性分配为例,验证了该方法在工程应用中的有效性和可行性。Reliability allocation is an important part of the reliability design of electronic countermeasure system.The composition of electronic countermeasure system is relatively complex,and there are many factors affecting the system reliability.Aiming at the problems that the judgment matrix in the traditional allocation method of analytical hierarchy process(AHP)is hard to meet the consistency requirements and cannot perform comprehensive evaluation by multi-expert,based on the construction of quasi-optimum consistent matrix of judgment matrix and group AHP comprehensive judgment matrix,a reliability allocation method of electronic countermeasure system based on Improved AHP is proposed in this paper.The effectiveness and feasibility of the method in engineering application is verified by taking the reliability allocation of a certain type of electronic countermeasure system as an example.
