摘  要:工业测控装备便携、小型化的需求日益迫切,设计与实现了一种基于ZYNQ处理器的便携式显控终端。该终端首次采用Ubuntu最小核心创建文件系统,通过以太网在线更新维护的方式,解决了系统维护难的问题;同时,提出基于Linux的用户空间I/O(UIO)子系统的驱动实现方法,解决了内核态驱动影响系统内核稳定性的问题。触摸虚拟操作界面的引入,实现了设备控制的无物理按键化,不仅节约了成本,降低了设备故障率,还解决了设备通用性问题。最后,通过实装上机验收测试,验证了该方法是合理可行的,可推广应用于其他工程产品上。As the demand for portability and miniaturization of industrial measurement and control equipment becomes more and more impendence,a portable display and control terminal based on the ZYNQ processor is designed and implemented.The terminal initially uses Ubuntu’s smallest core to create a file system,and simplifies system maintenance by means of on-line update and maintenance via Ethernet.At the same time,a driver implementation method based on the Linux user space input/output(UIO)subsystem is proposed to solve the problem that kernel mode driver affects the stability of the system kernel.The introduction of the touch virtual operation interface realizes the non-physical button control of the equipment,which not only saves the cost,reduces the equipment failure rate,but also solves the problem of equipment versatility.Finally,through the acceptance test,it is verified that the method is reasonable and feasible,and can be popularized and applied to other engineering products.
