摘　　要：为提高企业安全管理水平,基于在信息时代下将提升数据质量与数据分析技术融入安全文化建设的重要性,提出一种溯源于数据、技术为导向、完善于体系的安全文化建设方法。研究了从树立安全价值观、提升数据质量、发展安全信息分析技术、建立政府互动安全管理体制、健全燃气企业安全管理体系5个步骤实现燃气企业的安全文化建设。结果表明:数据时代下燃气企业的安全文化建设是顺应发展的需要,对于保障燃气企业正常运行与居民安全用气有重要意义。In order to improve the safety management level of enterprises,based on the importance of integrating data quality and data analysis technology into safety culture construction in the information age,a safety culture construction method,which is traceable to data,technology-oriented,and perfected by the system,was proposed.The construction of safety culture in gas companies was realized through the five steps of establishing safety values,improving data quality,developing safety information analysis technology,establishing an interactive government safety management system,and improving the safety management system of gas companies.The results showed that the safety culture construction of gas companies in the data age was in line with the needs of development,and was of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of gas companies and the safe use of gas by residents.
