摘 要:目的修订薄荷素油的指纹图谱检查方法;建立多组分的气相色谱法。方法气相色谱(GC)法同时测定薄荷素油中柠檬烯、(-)-薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯、薄荷脑4种成分的含量,并将这4个成分作为指标性成分考察薄荷素油的指纹图谱。结果柠檬烯在147.34~1473.41 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.3%(n=9);(-)-薄荷酮在504.35~5043.49 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为0.6%(n=9);乙酸薄荷酯在151.72~1517.20 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.5%(n=9);薄荷脑在808.40~8084.00 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.0%,RSD为1.5%(n=9);建立了薄荷素油气相指纹图谱,确定6个共有峰,样品的相似度为0.997~0.999。结论气相色谱指纹图谱结合多成分同时测定的方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于薄荷素油质量的控制。Objective To revise the method of fingerprint,establish multi-component gas chromatography,Methods The contents of limonene,(-)-menthol,menthol acetate and menthol in menthol oil were determined by GC at the same time.The four components were used as index components to study the fingerprint of menthol oil.Results The linear relationship of limonene was good in the range of 147.34~1473.41 ng(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.0%,RSD was 1.3%(n=9);The linear relationship of(-)-menthol was good in the range of 504.35~5043.49 ng(r=0.9996),the average recovery was 101.4%,RSD was 0.6%(n=9);In the range of 151.72~1517.20 ng,the linear relationship of menthol acetate of menthol was good(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.9%,RSD was 0.5%(n=9);In the range of 808.40 ng to 8084.00 ng,the linear relationship of menthol was good(r=0.9998),the average recovery rate was 97.0%,RSD was 1.5%(n=9);The four components in menthol oil were identified,and the gas phase characteristic map of four main peaks in menthol oil was established.Conclusion The method of GC fingerprint combined with multi-component simultaneous determination was simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of menthol oil.
