摘  要:目的分析磁共振成像(MRI)和CT在膝关节退行性骨关节炎软骨损伤分级诊断中的应用价值。方法选取60例我院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的膝关节退行性骨关节炎软骨损伤患者,所有患者均予CT和MRI检查,并以关节镜检查结果为金标准,比较2种方法的分级诊断效果。结果MRI和CT检查对关节积液、滑膜增厚、间隙狭窄、韧带退变、半月板退变、骨质增生以及腔内游离体等影像学表现的检出情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与CT检查分级结果比较,MRI检查的软骨损伤分级结果与关节镜检查更为接近,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节退行性骨关节炎软骨损伤分级诊断中,MRI分级诊断结果与关节镜接近,能够为临床诊治提供更有价值的参考信息。Objective To analyze the application value of MRI and CT in the graded diagnosis of cartilage damage in knee joint degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020 A total of 60 patients with knee joint degenerative osteoarthritis cartilage injury were selected.All patients were examined by CT and MRI,and the results of arthroscopy were used as the gold standard to compare the two diagnosis effect of different methods.Results MRI and CT examinations showed no significant difference in the detection of joint effusion,synovialthickening,spacestenosis,ligamentdegeneration,meniscusdegeneration,bonehyperplasia,andintracavitary loose bodies,which has no significance(P>0.05).By compared with the grading result of CT examination,the grading result of cartilage damage in MRI examination was similar to that of arthroscopy,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the graded diagnosis of cartilage injury in knee joint degenerative osteoarthritis,MRI graded diagnosis results are similar to arthroscopy,which can provide more valuable reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
