Objective To analyze the evaluation effect of ultravascular imaging(SMI)on the therapeutic effect of breast cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods The research subjects were 60 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and all patients received chemotherapy. Before and after chemotherapy, the patient was examined using SMI technology to observe the changes in hemodynamic parameters, blood flow grade, and maximum tumor diameter. Results The results of SMI examination showed that the maximum diameter, maximum flow rate of vasoconstriction(Vmax)and resistance index(RI)of patients after chemotherapy were lower than before chemotherapy, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);blood flow after chemotherapy. The number of people in gradesⅡandⅢdecreased significantly, and the number of people in grade 0 andⅠincreased significantly, which was significantly different from that before chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The SMI technique is simple, fast, and inexpensive, and can clearly show the hemodynamic changes in breast cancer patients. The effect of chemotherapy can be accurately assessed by comparing the changes of microvessels before and after chemotherapy.
