贝牡莪消丸对结节性甲状腺肿患者甲状腺功能及血清VEGF、IGF-1、TGF-β1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨贝牡莪消丸对结节性甲状腺肿患者甲状腺功能及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法抽取2017年11月至2020年7月鹤壁市中医院收治的107例结节性甲状腺肿患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(53例)与观察组(54例),对照组采取西药治疗,观察组采取贝牡莪消丸治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗12周后甲状腺功能及血清VEGF、IGF-1、TGF-β1水平;并比较两组甲状腺体积、最大结节长径及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组TSH高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VEGF、IGF-1水平均下降,TGF-β1水平均上升,但观察组VEGF、IGF-1水平低于对照组,TGF-β1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组甲状腺体积与最大径均有缩小,但观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贝牡莪消丸用于结节性甲状腺肿治疗,能够有效调节血清VEGF、IGF-1、TGF-β1水平,缩小甲状腺结节,且对甲状腺功能影响较小,安全性更高。Objective To investigate the effect of beimu exiao pill on thyroid function and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in patients with nodular goiter.Methods A total of 107 cases of nodular goiter patients in Hebi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=54)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with beimu exiao pill.Thyroid function and serum VEGF,IGF-1,TGF-β1 levels were compared between the two groups before and after 12 weeks of treatment,and the thyroid volume,maximum nodule diameter and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TSH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in the two groups were decreased,while the levels of TGF-β1 were increased,but the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of TGF-β1 was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the thyroid volume and maximum diameter of the two groups were reduced,but those of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Beimu exiao pill can effectively regulate serum VEGF,IGF-1 and TGF-β1 levels,reduce thyroid nodules,and has less impact on thyroid function and higher safety.
