摘 要:为了实现智能制造环境下模具制造系统的智能性与重用性,建立注射模缺陷修改过程中问题点、制品问题位置、模具对应位置、缺陷原因以及修改对策的本体概念和关系模型,通过五类本体间的逻辑关系,建立该框架的本体知识库;为实现知识的有效重用,通过Json中间表和类格式实现知识本体到数据库的映射;建立语义关联度计算模型和聚类推理等技术,最后提出基于本体的注射模缺陷修正知识推理与重用方法,并通过语义关联推理算例进行验证。In order to realize the intelligence and reusability of the mould manufacturing system in the intelligent manufacturing environment,the ontology concept and relationship model of the problem-points,product problem locations,mould corresponding positions,defect causes,and modification countermeasures in the process of injection mould defect modification were established.Through the logical relationship between the five types of ontology,the framework of the ontology-knowledge was established,the mapping of ontology to database was realized through Json intermediate table and class format.By establishing semantic relevance calculation models and clustering inference technologies,a knowledge reasoning and reuse method based on ontology-based injection mould defect correction was proposed,and verified by semantic association inference case.
