摘　　要：根据汽车饰板塑件的结构特点,设计了热流道注射模,通过MoldFlow模流分析,确定了合理的浇注系统和温度控制系统,塑件内侧大型倒扣部位采用斜推杆与方形推杆成形,其余倒扣部位采用斜推杆结构与镶件成型,模具投产后运行平稳,成型的塑件符合客户要求。On the basis of the structural characteristics of the car interior panel,an injection mould with hot runner was designed.The reasonable gating system and temperature control system were determined through the MoldFlow analysis.The side mechanism of"angled lifter+square pin"was adopted for the large-scale undercut the plastic part.The mechanism of"angled lifter+insert"was adopted for the other undercuts.The mould was put into operation and ran stably,and the plastic parts quality met customer's requirements.
