摘  要:介绍了数控铣床的虚拟现实仿真环境,建立了数控铣床的零件图及装配图模型,根据数控铣床的运作环境,建立了数控车间、操作工人等模型,并实现对模型的优化。模型的制作与完成基于Solid⁃Works及3DS Max完成,以Unity 3D虚拟引擎为运动制作平台,实现数控车间的虚拟现实交互系统,系统既符合现代教学模式也顺应科技发展的方向。The virtual reality simulation environment of CNC milling machine was introduced.The model of CNC milling machine parts'drawing and assembly drawing were established.According to the operation environment of CNC milling machine,the models such as CNC workshop and operator were established,and the model was optimized.The production and completion of the model were based on Solidworks and 3DS Max.Using the unity 3D virtual engine as the motion production platform,the virtual reality interactive system of the CNC workshop was realized.The system not only conformed to the modern teaching mode but also conformed to the development direction of science and technology.
