摘　　要：“政治、制度与社会治理:第二届华北区域史学术研讨会”汇集了近年学界关于华北区域前沿性研究成果。学者从灾荒、慈善与地方社会,政治、制度与社会生态,民间社会与地方治理,抗日战争与根据地立体动员,日本侵华政策与华北沦陷区多面透视等专题进行研讨,具有视角多元化、理论方法跨学科、资料搜集拓展等特点。本次会议将为深化华北区域研究、加快华北区域史研究学术共同体的构建做出重要贡献。"Politics, Institution and Social Governance: The Second Symposium on Regional History of North China" brought together the frontier research results of North China region in recent years. Scholars discussed from famine, charity and local society;politics, system and social ecology;civil society and local governance;anti-Japanese War and three-dimensional mobilization of base areas;Japan’s policy of invading China and multi-faceted perspective of the occupied areas in North China and other topics. It has the characteristics of diversified perspectives, interdisciplinary theoretical methods, and data collection and expansion. The conference will make an important contribution to deepening the study of North China region and accelerating the construction of the academic community of North China regional history research.
