中草药添加剂在畜禽养殖中的应用潜力及挑战

摘　　要：由于养殖场对经营效益的追求,加之市场监管不严,抗生素在养殖业中被滥用,导致食用动物体内耐药细菌激增,对人类健康造成了很大的威胁。因此,越来越多的国家禁止在饲料中添加抗生素。中草药添加剂因其天然性、无抗药性和多功能性等特点,可作为抗生素取代物应用在养殖业中。文章介绍了全球抗生素在养殖业中的使用情况,对中草药添加剂在畜禽养殖中的优势和应用进行了阐述,并对其在畜禽养殖应用方面存在的问题,如成分复杂、机理不明确、加工工艺落后、精准配伍以及经济可行性等进行了分析,以期为相关研究提供参考。Due to the farm's pursuit of business benefits and the lax market regulation,antibiotics are abused in the animal husbandry,which leads to the surge of drug-resistant bacteria in food animals.As a result,more and more countries have banned the use of antibiotics in feed.Chinese herbal medicine additive can be used as antibiotic substitute in breeding for its natural feature,non drug resistance and multi-function.This paper introduces the use of antibiotics in the breeding industry all over the world,expounds the advantages and applications of Chinese herbal medicine additives in the breeding of livestock and poultry,and discusses the problems existing in its application,such as complex composition,unclear mechanism,backward processing technology,accurate compatibility and economic feasibility to provide reference for relevant research.
