摘　　要：问诊在中医临床诊断中占有重要地位,其准确性很大程度上影响着2型糖尿病及慢性并发症的防治。2型糖尿病中医问诊量表的制定可以规范糖尿病的中医诊断,扩大中医问诊客观化的研究范畴。近年来,研究者在中医理论指导下,制定了多种糖尿病中医证候的初步量表开展临床应用。但现阶段中医量表制定的相关研究整体仍存在着部分量表选择不当、中医术语不规范、标准不统一等问题。确定统一的糖尿病证候诊断标准,确保糖尿病问诊信息采集规范,制定糖尿病中医问诊量表的完整体系,将利于实现糖尿病中医诊断的客观化和规范化,从而针对糖尿病开展更深入的研究。Inquiry has been an important part of the clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and its accuracy affects the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its chronic complications.The inquiry scale of TCM for type 2 diabetes contributes to the standardization of TCM diagnosis of diabetes and expands the scope of research on the objectivity of TCM consultation.In recent years,under the guidance of TCM theories,researchers have developed a variety of preliminary scales of TCM syndromes of diabetes and carried out many clinical applications.However,there are still problems in the development of the TCM scale at this stage,such as the improper selection of scales,nonstandard terms of TCM,and inconsistent standards.To establish a unified diagnostic standard of diabetes syndromes,to ensure the standardized collection of inquiry information for diabetes,and to develop a complete system of TCM inquiry scale for diabetes will help to realize the objectification and standardization of TCM diagnosis of diabetes,so as to carry out in-depth researches on diabetes.
