摘　　要：目的本文通过Web of Science核心合集收录自1990年至2019年以来,以“针刺艾灸与穴位”为主题的文献作为数据源对纳入的文献进行可视化分析。方法利用Citespace和Vosviewer软件对该领域研究的发文趋势、国家分布特征、关键词密度和关键词聚类进行分析及文献可视化呈现。结果①针灸刺激穴位的研究文献产量呈上升式增长的趋势,并且增长的爆发性在逐渐增强,该领域逐渐迎来了国际研究发展繁荣期;②国际上研究针灸刺激穴位疗法的国家均形成了一定的合作关系,但是合作强度仍有待加强。其中发文最多的国家为中国;③针灸刺激穴位治疗应对术后恶心呕吐临床随机对照试验研究、针灸刺激穴位的镇痛机制与脑活动荟萃研究、针灸刺激中脘穴的受体机制研究、功能磁共振成像(FMRI)与穴位特异性研究、电针刺激治疗质量与反射抑制的系统性研究和电针刺穴的神经再生与抑制和心动过缓反应研究是该领域主要的研究热点。结论国际范围内对刺灸穴位的研究已具有一定的规模性和层次性,但如何让针灸这传统中医疗法得到更为广泛的推广,仍需对其研究方法的标准性、循证化进行进一步的提高与完善。Objective To present a visual analysis of the included literature by using the Web of Science core collection of literature on the topic of“acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoints”from 1990 to 2019 as a data source.Methods Citespace and Vosviewer software were used to analyze trends in the issuance of research in the field,country distribution characteristics,keyword density and keyword clustering and visual presentation of the literature.Results①The output of research literature on acupuncture stimulation points showed a rising trend,and the explosive increase was gradually enhanced,and the field gradually ushered in a boom period;②International scholars studying acupuncture stimulation acupoint therapy had formed certain cooperative relations with countries,but the cooperation intensity was relatively weak.The country with the most articles is China.③Clinical randomized controlled trial studies of acupuncture stimulation of acupuncture points in response to postoperative nausea and vomiting,meta-study of analgesic mechanism and brain activity of acupuncture stimulation of acupuncture points,study of receptor mechanism of acupuncture stimulation of the middle cavity points,study of functional magnetic resonance imaging(FMRI)and acupuncture point specificity,systematic study of therapeutic quality and reflex inhibition of electroacupuncture stimulation and study of neural regeneration and inhibition and bradycardic response of electroacupuncture points are the field The main research hotspots.Conclusion The international research on acupuncture and moxibustion points has a certain scale and level,but how to make acupuncture and moxibustion the traditional Chinese medicine therapy more widely promoted still needs to further improve and perfect the standardization and evidence-based research methods.
