阿里扎江寺的新寺规及其存在的问题

摘　　要：藏传佛教寺院的寺规以抑恶扬善为宗旨,对于构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义和应用价值,不同历史时期和不同社会制度下寺院内部管理体制也发生了不同程度的变化。文章以阿里扎江寺的寺规为研究对象,运用社会学和宗教学为指导理论,结合实地调查和比较方法,阐述了阿里扎江寺新旧寺规的现状和演变,针对新寺规在实践过程中存在的实际问题提出了解决路径。The key principle of Tibetan Buddhist monasteries is to promote good thoughts and conquer evil thoughts,which have important value for constructing the harmonious society in practice.The internal management systems of monasteries have been altered according to its historical background and social system at different levels.This paper focuses on Brag-Gyam Monastery in mNga’-Ris in western Tibet as a case study and applies the relevant theories from sociology and religion.This research includes field survey,interviews,and comparative approach as research methods to address the changes in Brag-Gyam Monastery’s management systems.The research reveals the problems and solutions in contemporary management system and provides further analyses.The paper shows that the Brag-Gyam Monastery builds a better management system in combination of traditional and modern systems.The mixed system has laid a solid foundation for a better-stabilized and harmonious society.
