健康冲击降低了粮农收入吗?--基于农业机械化引入视角

摘　　要：为探究农业机械化背景下,健康冲击对粮农收入的影响,基于CLDS2016年25省2010个农村住户数据,运用多元线性回归模型,分析健康冲击与农业机械化对粮农家庭种植业收入的影响,探讨其作用机制,并通过工具变量法解决内生性问题。结果表明:健康冲击对粮农家庭种植业收入具有显著的负向影响;农业机械化对粮农家庭种植业收入具有显著的正向影响,且农业机械化在健康冲击对粮农家庭种植业收入的影响中起到部分调节作用,具体表现为全机械化生产模式可以完全抵消健康冲击对种植业收入的负面影响,而传统耕作模式和半机械化生产模式仍然无法缓解健康冲击对种植业收入产生的不利影响。因此,在加大农村基础医疗设施建设的基础上,应同时优化农业机械化的发展环境,提高小农户在农业生产中的机械化使用水平。In order to explore the impact of health shock on grain and agricultural income under the background of agricultural mechanization,a multiple linear regression model based on CLDS data of 2010 rural households in 25 provinces in 2016 was used.The regression model was also used to investigate the mechanism of action,and solve endogeneity problems through tool variable method.The results show that the health shock had a significant negative effect on the income of grain farmers'family farming industry.Agricultural mechanization had a significant positive impact on the income of grain farmers'family farming industry,and agricultural mechanization played a part in regulating the impact of health shock on the income of grain farmers'family farming industry.This shows that the whole mechanized production mode can completely offset the negative impact of health shock on the income of the planting industry,where the traditional farming mode and semi-mechanized production mode remain incapable of alleviating the adverse effects of the health shock on the income of the planting industry.Therefore,as we ramp up the construction of basic medical facilities in rural areas,we should also optimize the development environment of agricultural mechanization and improve the level of mechanization application by smallholder farmers in agricultural production.
