预充式导管冲洗在留置静脉留置针患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨预充式导管冲洗在留置静脉留置针患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年2月泉州市儿童医院临床治疗中留置静脉留置针的200例患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。观察组采用预充式导管冲洗进行冲封管,对照组采用传统方法进行冲封管,比较两组封管操作时间、留置时间及不良事件的发生率。结果观察组静脉留置针封管操作时间及留置时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论留置静脉留置针的患儿应用预充式导管冲洗来冲封管能缩短封管操作时间,延长静脉留置针留置时间,降低堵管等不良事件的发生率。Objective To investigate the application effect of prefilled catheter irrigation in children with venous indwelling needle.Methods 200 cases of children with venous indwelling needle in Quanzhou Children's Hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the selected children were divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was given the prefilled catheter to flush and seal the tube,and the control group was given the traditional method to flush and seal the venous indwelling needle.Then the time index and the incidence of adverse events were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and indwelling time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse events in the process of intravenous indwelling needle in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with venous indwelling needle,the application of prefilled catheter flushing to flush and seal the tube can shorten the operation time of sealing tube,prolong the time of venous indwelling,and reduce the incidence of tube blockage,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.
