摘 要:目的:对比超声造影与常规超声对肝脏局灶病变患者诊断的临床价值。方法:选择我院2019年4月—2020年6月收治肝脏局灶病变患者88例,根据检查方法不同分为两组,对照组44例患者采用常规超声进行检查,观察组44例患者采用超声造影进行检查,以手术后病理检查结果作为标准,根据敏感度、特异度及准确率对比两种检查方法诊断情况。根据胆管癌、血管癌、肝细胞癌及局灶性结节性增生等,对比两种检查方法对各病变类型检出率、肝细胞癌最大径线。结果:观察组诊断敏感度、特异度及准确率高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组对各病变类型检出率高于对照组,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组在动脉相、门脉相、延迟相测出的肝细胞癌最大径线显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声造影对肝脏局灶病变患者进行检查,可提高诊断敏感度、特异度及准确率及各病变类型检出率,更有利于为后续治疗制定临床方案。Objective To study the effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and conventional ultrasound on the diagnosis and clinical value of patients with focal liver lesions.Methods A total of 88 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different examination methods.In the control group,44 cases were examined by conventional ultrasound.In observation group,44 cases were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The two methods were compared according to sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.According to cholangiocarcinoma,vascular carcinoma,hepatocellular carcinoma and focal nodular hyperplasia,the detection rate and the maximum diameter of hepatocellular carcinoma were compared between the two methods.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of each lesion type in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The maximum diameter of HCC measured in arterial phase,portal phase and delayed phase in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis and the detection rate of each lesion type.
