摘　　要：综述儿童高热性中性粒细胞减少症血流感染患儿检出菌种分布及几种常见检出菌的药敏情况。当前大量循证医学数据表明,高热性中性粒细胞减少症血流感染患儿细菌谱在逐年变化,细菌耐药问题也日益严峻,给当前抗菌药物疗效带来挑战。本文从菌种分布及药物敏感性等方面进行了综述。To review the distribution and drug sensitivity of some common bacteria in children with febrile neutropenia.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on children with hyperthermic neutropenia complicated with bloodstream infection,and have made some achievements.At present,a large number of evidence-based medical data show that the bacterial spectrum of children with febrile neutropenia with bloodstream infection is changing year by year,and at the same time,the detection of bacteria varies from place to place,and the problem of bacterial drug resistance is becoming increasingly serious efficiency brings challenges.In this paper,the distribution of bacteria and drug sensitivity were reviewed.
