美多芭联合普拉克索配合应用于帕金森患者治疗的效果临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究对帕金森患者联合应用普拉克索和美多芭治疗的效果。方法于2019年4月—2020年4月该院帕金森患者中随机抽取70例,分为两组,对照组给予美多芭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用普拉克索,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1个月、治疗2个月、治疗3个月的UPDRSⅢ评分和HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率94.3%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。观察组头晕1例(2.9%),嗜睡1例(2.9%),未见恶心呕吐、失眠,合计2例(5.7%),与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.820,P>0.05)。结论对帕金森病患者给予普拉克索联合美多芭治疗具有良好疗效,有效改善帕金森评分,改善其抑郁情绪,联合治疗未见增加不良反应,在临床推广具有较高临床价值。Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of pramipexole and medopa on Parkinson's patients.Methods Seventy patients were randomly selected from Parkinson's patients in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with medopa and the observation group was treated with pramipexole based on the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The UPDRSⅢscore and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 1 month of treatment,2 months of treatment,and 3 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.3%,which was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).In the observation group,1 case was dizzy(2.9%),1 case was drowsiness(2.9%),had no nausea,vomiting,or insomnia,and 2 cases(5.7%)were in total,compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.820,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pramipexole combined with medopa for patients with Parkinson's disease has a good effect.It can effectively improve the Parkinson's score and improve their depression.The combined treatment does not increase the adverse reactions.It has high clinical value in clinical promotion.
