医护一体化护理在腹腔镜下宫外孕手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究在腹腔镜下宫外孕手术患者中医护一体化护理的应用效果。方法简单随机选取该院2016年3月—2018年4月接收的行腹腔镜手术治疗的宫外孕患者80例为对象,以整群随机化方式分设成两组,即对照组、研究组,每组40例。对前者采取常规护理,对后者采取医护一体化护理。以生活质量评分、术后恢复和随访情况为判定指标,分析不同护理后的效果。结果对照组患者术后恢复时间所用时间均长于研究组;对照组患者生活质量评分低于研究组;对患者进行为期3个月随访观察发现,对照组患者并发症率是15.00%,高于研究组的2.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。对照组患者宫内妊娠发生率是35.00%,低于研究组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05)。对照组患者干预后负性情绪评分高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于宫外孕患者,开展腹腔镜手术治疗的同时进行医护一体化护理干预,改善生活质量,提高预后及患者宫内妊娠率。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Methods Simple random select 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery received in the hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into 2 groups,namely the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group..Take regular care for the former,and take integrated medical care for the latter.The life quality score,postoperative recovery and follow-up were used as indicators to analyze the effects of different nursing care.Results The postoperative recovery time of patients in the control group was longer than that in the study group;the quality of life score of the control group was lower than that of the study group;a 3-month follow-up observation of the patients found that the complication rate of the control group was 15.00%,which was higher than that of the study group 2.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine pregnancy in the control group was 35.00%,which was lower than the 65.00%in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05).The negative emotion scores of patients in the control group after intervention were higher than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy,laparoscopic surgical treatment is carried out at the same time with integrated medical and nursing intervention to improve the quality of life,improve the prognosis and the rate of intrauterine pregnancy.
