摘  要:目的:研究载柠檬苦素聚合纳米粒(LIM/PLGA-PEG)的抗生物膜性和酸性条件下的缓释性能。方法:制备载柠檬苦素聚合物纳米粒,并对其进行表征。测定其抗变形链球菌和抗生物膜性能。评价LIM/PLGA-PEG的释放曲线(物质毒性)和细胞毒性。结果:LIM/PLGA-PEG显示出抗变形链球菌特性(MIC为1.56 mg/mL)。亚抑制浓度的LIM/PLGA-PEG可降低92%的生物膜形成。在中性和酸性环境下检测LIM/PLGA-PEG在12 h内的缓慢释放。载药纳米粒的IC50为15.63μg/mL。结论:含柠檬苦素纳米粒具有抗龋活性和酸性环境下的缓释作用,有望用于控制龋齿的发生和发展。Objective:To study the anti-biofilm effect and sustained release properties of LIM/PLGA-PEG.Methods:Limonin loaded polymer nanoparticles were prepared and characterized.The anti-Streptococcus mutans and anti-biofilm properties were determined.LLIM/PLGA-PEG release curve(material toxicity)and cytotoxicity were measured.Results:LIM/PLGA-PEG showed anti Streptococcus mutans(MIC=1.56 mg/mL)property.Subinhibitory concentrations of these nanoparticles reduced the biofilm formation by 92%.The slow release of LIM/PLGA-PEG was detected in neutral and acidic environment within 12 hours.The IC50 of the nanoparticles was 15.63μg/mL.Conclusion:The limonin nanoparticles have anti caries activity and sustained-release effect in acidic environment,which is expected to be used in the control of dental caries.
