摘  要:碳纳米材料因其重量轻、拉伸强度高以及导电性能好被应用到了微带天线领域。由此,设计出一款工作在2.45 GHz和5.8 GHz的双频圆极化射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)阅读器天线。天线利用碳纳米管金属薄膜作为馈线给上层贴片进行耦合馈电,通过在开口双环谐振器(Split Ring Resonator,SRR)外加载开口单环谐振器(Split Single-Ring Resonator,SSRR)的设计实现了良好的圆极化辐射性能。仿真结果表明,天线在低频和高频的阻抗带宽和轴比带宽为2.389~2.601 GHz(2.46~2.50 GHz)和5.726~5.846 GHz(5.723~5.765 GHz),频段内峰值增益为3.4 dBi(4.25 dBi),最小轴比为0.75 dB(0.63 dB)。Carbon nanomaterials are being applied to the field of microstrip antennas due to their light weight,high tensile strength and good electrical conductivity.This paper designed a dual-frequency circularly polarized RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)reader antenna that works at 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz.The antenna uses carbon nanotube metal film material as its feed line to feed the upper radiation patch by aperture coupling.By loading a SSRR(Split Single-Ring Resonator)structure outside the SRR(split ring resonator)structure,the antenna achieves good circular polarization radiation performance.The simulation results indicate that the impedance bandwidth and axial ratio bandwidth of the antenna in the low and high frequency bands are 2.389~2.601 GHz(2.46~2.50 GHz)and 5.726~5.846 GHz(5.723~5.765 GHz),respectively.The peak gain of the proposed antenna is 3.4 dBi at 2.4 GHz and 4.25 dBi at 5.85 GHz,and the minimum axial ratio is 0.75 and 0.63 in the two operating bands,respectively.
