摘 要:要对空心球颗粒制品的结构参量进行优化,首先要有可供不同结构参量制品相互比较的合适指标。建立了一个类似于材料比强度的指标,称之“类比强度”。通过具有不同结构参量的系列样品的抗压试验,得到对应粒度级别样品的类比强度指标,从而优选出其中指标最高的产品。每个粒级的制品都具有其对应的不同结构参量,根据样品的粒度级别与其试验得出的“类比强度”指标,通过对比分析即可优选出其中强度指标最高的空心球颗粒制品。该“类比强度”指标既可有效地适用于不同质地材料的空心球颗粒产品之间的强度比较,也可有效地适用于同种材质而不同尺度结构规格的空心球产品之间的强度比较。In order to optimize the structural parameters of hollow sphere products,it is necessary to have a suitable index for the comparison of products with different structural parameters.An index similar to the specific strength of materials is established in this paper,which is called analogically specific strength.By means of the compression test of a series of samples with different structural parameters,the analogically specific strength is obtained for each sample with the corresponding level of particle size,and the product with the highest strength is found.For each level of particle size,the product has its corresponding different structural parameters.According to the particle size level of the sample and the corresponding index of analogically specific strength,the hollow sphere particle product with the highest strength index is found by comparative analysis.This index of analogically specific strength can be effectively applied not only for the strength comparison between hollow sphere products with different material species,but also for the strength comparison between hollow ball products with the same material species but different specifications of size and structure.
