摘 要:为了顺利完成水塔的定向拆除爆破,将压电陶瓷传感器应用于水塔的拆除爆破中,通过MATLAB小波包能量分析法对传感器监测信号进行能量指数计算。结果表明:试爆对水塔结构造成损伤,与导向窗径向对称的塔壁腹部的平均能量指数是其背部能量指数的60.37%,腹部产生的损伤小于背部的损伤;通过频谱分析发现水塔倒塌过程中各测点信号主频率集中在4~11 Hz,信号功率主要在0~20 Hz的频段内,与一般建筑物自振频率接近。埋入式压电陶瓷监测系统能对建(构)筑物倒塌过程中各阶段、各部位破坏和损伤程度进行监测和记录,是对拆除爆破建(构)筑物过程分析的一种有效的技术方法。In order to successfully complete the directional demolition blasting of the water tower,the piezoelectric ceramic sensor is applied to the demolition blasting of water tower,and the energy index of the sensor monitoring signal is calculated by the wavelet packet energy analysis method of MATLAB.The results show that the test blasting causes damage to the water tower structure,and the average energy index of the abdomen of the tower wall,which is radially symmetrical with the guide window,is 60.37%of its back energy index,and the damage of the abdomen is less than that of the back.Through the spectrum analysis,it is found that the main frequency of the signal of each measuring point is concentrated in 4-11 Hz during the collapse of the water tower,and the signal power is mainly in the frequency band of 0-20 Hz,which is close to the natural frequency of general buildings.The embedded piezoelectric ceramic monitoring system can monitor and record damage degree of each stage and position in the collapse process of buildings(structures).It is an effective technical method for the process analysis of demolition blasting buildings(structures).
