摘 要:为优化含水炮孔装药条件下台阶爆破参数,改善露天矿含水炮孔台阶爆破效果,基于爆破漏斗理论,开展含水炮孔爆破漏斗现场试验,试验结果显示:单孔装药量为2 kg时,最佳炸药埋深为1.1 m,炸药临界埋深为1.92 m,最大爆破漏斗体积为1.47 m 3,最佳爆破漏斗半径为1.2 m,最佳埋深比为0.57,岩体变形能系数为1.35;试验最佳孔距为1.8~2.4 m,最小抵抗线为2.7~2.9 m。依据相似法则换算得到优化后的露天台阶含水炮孔爆破参数为,单孔药量60 kg,孔距6 m,排距4 m。工程应用效果表明:炸药单耗q下降了24.2%,大块率下降了20.6%。研究结果可以为此类含水炮孔矿山爆破参数优化选取提供参考。In order to optimize the parameters and improve the effect of bench blasting with charged in open-pit mines,based on the blasting funnel theory,the field test of the water-bearing blasting funnel is carried out.The test results show that when the single-hole test charge is 2 kg,the best explosive burial depth is 1.1 m,the explosive critical burial depth is 1.92 m,the maximum blasting funnel volume is 1.47 m 3,the best blasting funnel radius is 1.2 m,the best burial depth ratio is 0.57,and the deformation energy coefficient is 1.35.The best hole distance in the test is 1.8~2.4 m,and the minimum resistance line is 2.7~2.9 m.According to the similarity rule,the optimized water-bearing blasting parameters of the open-air bench are converted into single-hole charge 60 kg,hole spacing 6 m,and row spacing 4 m.Engineering application results show that:the unit consumption q of explosives has dropped by 24.2%,and the bulk rate has dropped by 20.6%.The research results can provide a reference for the optimal selection of blasting parameters in such water-bearing blasthole mines.
