摘 要:为了满足生产实际并提升深孔爆破布孔优化设计的效率,介绍了三维巷道模型的构建及切割方法,并在此基础上通过3种方法对比选择出基于Dijkstra算法建立深孔爆破扇形炮孔排面优化设计算法模型,在Auto CAD平台进行二次开发深孔爆破炮孔优化设计程序模块,并成功应用于某铁矿。深孔爆破优化设计程序的开发,解决了炮孔布置方案中在双排起爆的前提下扇形炮孔布孔优化设计问题,可实现地下矿深孔爆破炮孔的快速绘制,提高深孔爆破设计质量,有效控制爆破作业成本。In order to meet the actual production requirement and improve the efficiency of the optimization design of deep-hole blasting hole layout,the construction and cutting method of 3D tunnel model is introduced,and on this basis,through the comparison of three methods,the algorithm model of fan-shaped blasting hole layout optimization design based on Dijkstra algorithm is selected.The program module of optimization design for deep-hole blasting is developed by CAD platform,and it is successfully applied to an iron mine.The development of optimization design program for deep-hole blasting solves the problem of fan-shaped hole layout optimization design under the premise of double row blasting.It can realize the rapid drawing of the blasting hole in the underground mine,improve the design quality of the deep-hole blasting,and controlled effectively the blasting operation cost.
