摘 要:为了了解欧洲爆破振动标准,从爆破振动保护对象、安全允许质点振动速度和爆破质点振动速度确定方法等几个方面,探讨了西班牙、德国和瑞典等欧洲国家爆破振动标准与我国爆破安全规程对爆破振动要求的异同点。通过比较可以看出:我国标准在保护对象方面较西班牙、德国和瑞典标准更为广泛;西班牙和德国标准给出了频率和安全允许质点振动速度对应曲线图,安全允许质点振动速度在某一频率下的值具有唯一性,瑞典标准安全允许质点振动速度与频率无关,我国标准没有明确频率和质点振动速度的具体对应曲线图;西班牙标准采用半周期法或傅里叶变换法确定质点振动速度,并给出了不同条件下振动传感器的固定方法,德国标准通过使用汉宁窗的傅里叶变换确定质点振动速度,我国在其他相关标准中提出通过矩形窗的傅里叶变换确定质点振动速度,并给出了振动传感器的固定方法。In order to understand the European blasting vibration standards,the similarities and differences between those of the European countries such as Spain,Germany and Sweden and that of China are discussed from several aspects,such as blasting vibration protected objects,the safety threshold particle vibration velocity and the determination method of blasting vibration velocity.It can be seen from the comparison that the Chinese standards has more extensive protected objects than Spanish,German and Swedish standards.Spanish and German standards give the corresponding curves of frequency and safety threshold particle vibration velocity,and the velocity value at a certain frequency is unique,while the safety threshold particle vibration velocity in the Swedish standard is independent of frequency,and the Chinese standard does not regulate specific correspondence between the two factors.The Spanish standard uses the half-cycle method or the Fourier transform method to determine the vibration velocity,and gives methods for fixing the vibration sensor under different conditions.The German standard uses the Fourier transform of the Hanning window to determine the vibration velocity,and some other related Chinese standards determines the vibration velocity by the Fourier transform of a rectangular window and gives a method for fixing the vibration sensor.
