临床药师对不合理肠外营养医嘱的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对不合理肠外营养医嘱的干预效果。方法回顾性分析2019年6月~2019年7月萍乡市人民医院收治的47例应用肠外营养液患儿的临床资料,据肠外营养处方审核是否有临床药师干预,将研究对象分为对照组(n=23)和观察组(n=24),对照组中的肠外营养处方审核无临床药师干预,观察组中的肠外营养处方审核有临床药师干预。比较两组全营养混合液(TNA)处方使用合理率情况、住院时间及住院费用情况。结果观察组患者全营养混合液(TNA)处方合理性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,费用支出低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师审核肠外营养液处方,合理有效地干预不合理处方,提高了处方合理性,缩短了患者住院时间,降低住院费用,保证患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the intervention effect of clinical pharmacists on unreasonable parenteral nutrition orders.Methods The clinical data of 47 children with parenteral nutrition from June 2019 to July 2019 treated in Pingxiang People′s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed,according to whether there was clinical pharmacist intervention for the review of parenteral nutrition prescription,the research subjects were divided into the control group(n=23)and the observation group(n=24).The parenteral nutrition prescription review in the control group did not have clinical pharmacist intervention,and the parenteral nutrition prescription review in the observation group was intervened by clinical pharmacists.The rational use rate of total nutrient admixtare(TNA)prescription,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of each department were compared between the two groups.Results The rationality of TNA prescription of patients in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the expense was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists review the prescriptions of parenteral nutrition solutions,rationally and effectively intervene in unreasonable prescriptions,improve the rationality of prescriptions,reduce the hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of patients,and ensure the safety of patients′medication.
