摘 要:目的:探析社会支持、就业认知评价与大学生求职行为间的关系。方法:采用社会支持评价问卷、就业认知评价问卷、求职行为问卷,对广东5所高校1167名大学生进行抽样调查研究。结果:1)在亲人支持、朋友同学支持、挑战性评价、威胁性评价、求职频率及关系求职的维度上,男生得分均显著低于女生;在求职短期长期维度上,男生得分显著高于女生。2)大学生求职行为与亲人支持、朋友同学支持及老师支持、挑战性评价及胜任力评价均呈显著的负相关,与威胁性评价呈显著的正相关。3)挑战性评价、胜任力评价与教师支持对大学生求职行为有显著的负向预测作用,威胁性评价对大学生求职行为有显著的正向预测作用。结合研究结果和实际工作,提出从就业的社会意义、求职自我效能感及生涯规划素质的提升出发,积极促进大学生求职行为。To explore the relationship between social support,employment appraisals and job-searching behavior of college students,we conducted a cross-sectional survey of 1167 college students in Guangdong Province.The results are as follows:①In challenging and threatening appraisals,support from family,friends and classmates,job-searching frequency and relationship for seeking jobs,boys scored significantly lower than girls but higher in the length of job-hunting;②The job-searching behavior of college students had a significant negative correlation with challenging and competency appraisals,support from family,friends,classmates and teachers.However,there is a significant positive correlation between job-searching behavior and threatening appraisals.③Challenging and competency appraisals,as well as support from teachers have significant negative predictive effects on job-searching behaviors of college students,while threatening evaluations have significant positive predictive effects on them.From the research results combined with practice,it is suggested that we should actively promote college students'job-searching behavior by improving the sense of social significance of employment,self-efficacy of job-seeking and career planning quality.
