摘  要:江汉盆地盐间页岩油储量丰富,主要采用水平井和分段压裂方式进行开发。江汉油区盐间页岩油水平井固井存在地层承压能力低、极易压漏地层、水平段封固段长易漏失、气层活跃易发生油气水窜、水平段要进行分段压裂等难点,对固井水泥浆的综合性能要求较高。而常规漂珠低密度水泥浆流变性能差、候凝时间长、水泥石强度低,难以满足现场固井质量要求。针对上述问题,开发了一种新型纳米液体减轻剂CP-56,该材料悬浮稳定性好,通过增大水灰比降低水泥浆密度,可迅速与水泥反应产生交联结构,提高浆体稳定性。辅以适当外加剂,形成了密度在1.40~1.60g/cm^(3)的纳米低密度水泥浆体系。室内试验结果表明,该体系浆体流变性好,失水量小,稠化时间可调,防气窜性能好,抗压强度发展快且强度高,防漏能力好;现场成功应用在江汉油田蚌页油1HF井,固井质量优质,具有良好的推广应用前景。Jianghan Basin is rich in inter-salt shale oil reserves,which are mainly developed by horizontal wells and staged fracturing.In the horizontal well cementing of inter-salt shale oil in Jianghan Oilfield,there are some difficulties,such as low formation-pressure-bearing capacity,easy leakage formation,long sealing section of horizontal section easy to leak,active gas layer easy to occur oil-gas and water channeling,and staged fracturing in horizontal section.Therefore,the comprehensive performance of cementing cement slurry is required to be higher.However,the conventional floating beads low density cement slurry has poor rheological properties,long waiting time and low cement strength,so it is difficult to meet the quality requirements of on-site cementing.In response to the above problems,a new type of nano-liquid lightening agent CP-56 was developed,which has good suspension stability.By increasing the water-cement ratio and reducing the density of cement slurry,it can quickly react with cement to produce a cross-linked structure and improve the stability of the slurry.Supplemented with appropriate additives,a nano low density cement slurry system with a density of 1.40~1.60g/cm^(3) was formed.The laboratory test results show that the slurry of this system has good rheological properties,small water loss,adjustable thickening time,good anti-gas channelling performance,rapid development of compressive strength and high strength,and good anti-leakage ability.It has been successfully applied in Well Bangyeyou 1HF of Jianghan Oilfield,and the cementing quality is high,so it has a good prospect of promotion and application.
