摘  要:元坝气田高产气井在生产过程中经常出现油管堵塞,有的井甚至需要频繁解堵,不仅增加作业成本,而且严重影响气井安全生产,因此正确分析堵塞物成分,找准气井堵塞原因,成为元坝气田井筒解堵的关键。通过Stereo Discovery V2.0体视显微镜分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、红外光谱(IR)分析、热重(TGA)分析等室内测试,对堵塞物形貌、成分及含量进行了分析。结果表明,堵塞物颗粒直径主要分布在120~220μm;堵塞物中有机组分质量分数约为53.64%,主要为酰胺类缓蚀剂、沥青质类重烃组分和磺化类水基钻井液添加剂;无机组分质量分数约为46.36%,主要为FeS_(2)和BaSO_(4),其相对质量分数分别为86.53%和13.47%。在详细分析X1井堵塞物组分基础上,采用连续油管冲洗+无机酸+有机解堵剂的方式成功解除井筒堵塞。X1井解堵后井口油管压力由26MPa升至40.8MPa,气量由32×10^(4)m^(3)/d增加至35×10^(4)m^(3)/d。该研究结论为元坝气田采取针对性解堵措施提供了理论依据,同时也为我国油气开采作业中如何有效解除井筒堵塞提供了研究思路。Tubing blockage often occurs during the production process of high-yield gas wells in Yuanba gas field,and some wells even need to be frequently unblocked,which not only increases the operating cost,but also seriously affects the safe production of gas wells.Therefore,the correct analysis of the composition of the blockage,and the identification of the causes of gas well blockage have become the key to wellbore plugging removal in Yuanba gas field.In this paper,the morphology,composition and content of the blockage were analyzed by Stereo Discovery V2.0 stereo microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and other laboratory tests.The results show that the diameter of the plugging particles is mainly distributed in the range of 120~220um;the mass fraction of organic components in the blockage is about 53.64%,mainly including amide corrosion inhibitors,asphaltene heavy hydrocarbon components and sulfonated water-based drilling fluid additives;the mass fraction of inorganic components is about 46.36%,mainly including FeS_(2)and BaSO_(4),and their relative mass fractions are 86.53%and 13.47%respectively.Based on the detailed analysis of the components of the blockage in Well X1,the method of coiled tubing flushing+inorganic acid+organic plugging removal agent was used to successfully remove the wellbore blockage.After plugging removal of Well X1,the wellhead tubing pressure increased from 26MPa to 40.8MPa,and the gas volume increased from 32×10^(4)m^(3)/d to 35×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis for taking targeted plugging removal measures in Yuanba gas field,and also provide research ideas for how to effectively remove the wellbore blockage in oil and gas exploitation in China.
