浅谈禽痛风的发病原因及防治措施

摘　　要：文章从造成尿酸生成过多和致使尿酸排泄障碍等多方面归纳了禽痛风的发病原因,分析了痛风的发病机理和临床症状,并从维持肾小管正常功能、抑制尿酸生成、促进肾脏排泄尿酸、促进肠道排泄尿酸等方面对禽痛风的防治进行了简述。This paper summarized the pathogenesis of avian gout from many aspects,such as excessive uric acid production and uric acid excretion disorder,analyzed the pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of gout,and summarized the prevention and treatment of avian gout from the aspects of maintaining normal renal tubular function,inhibiting uric acid production,promoting renal excretion of uric acid,and promoting intestinal excretion of uric acid.
