摘  要:现代炼油工业中,加氢技术工业应用的速度和规模都已超过了其他炼油技术,特别是随着环保要求的日渐严格,加氢处理技术已经成为炼油工业的支柱技术,发挥着其他炼油技术替代不了的作用。燕山石化炼油厂柴油加氢装置始建于2000年,由中国石化工程建设公司(SEI)设计,采用中国石油化工集团公司石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)开发的加氢催化剂,由北京燕山石化建筑安装工程公司承担改造施工。2001年7月28日该装置一次开车成功,所用催化剂为石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)开发的RN系列加氢精制催化剂,目前已运行五个周期。通过对比分析柴油加氢装置最近两个周期的运行数据,在催化剂、原料构成及性质、换热流程等主要设备的运行情况等因素查找装置运行过程的差异,为今后催化剂选择,以及装置操作优化提供建议。With the increasingly strict requirements of environmental protection, hydrotreating technology has become the pillar technology of oil refining industry. The diesel hydrogenation unit of Yanshan Petrochemical Refinery was built in 2000, designed by SINOPEC Engineering and Construction Corporation(SEI). The hydrogenation catalyst developed by RIPP was adopted, and the renovation and construction were undertaken by Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Construction and Installation Engineering Company. The unit was successfully started on July 28, 2001, using the RN series hydrofining catalyst developed by the Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology(RIPP), and has run for five cycles. By comparing and analyzing the operation data of the diesel hydrogenation unit in the last two cycles, the differences in the operation process of the unit were found in the operation conditions of the main equipment such as catalysts, composition and properties of raw materials, heat exchange process and other factors, so as to provide suggestions for the selection of catalysts and the optimization of the operation of the unit in the future.
