国产催化剂在双峰分布HDPE薄膜专用料中的应用

摘　　要：在Hostalen工艺高密度聚乙烯装置上,采用国产催化剂试生产双峰分布高密度聚乙烯薄膜专用料FHM9455F1。通过调整催化剂、丁烯、氢气注入量等工艺参数,生产出符合质量指标的产品。工业应用表明,国产催化剂基本满足稳定生产的需要。Applying the domestic catalyst try to produce bimodal HDPE film FHM9455F1 on HDPE plant which is Hostalen PE process. After adjusting catalyst feeding,butene-1,hydrogen and etc.,the final product achieve quality control targets.The industrial application shows that domestic catalyst can basically meet the stable production demands.
