摘 要:要确定油田外输管线合理的清蜡周期,就必须了解管线的蜡层厚度。目前主要根据站间压降反算管线平均蜡层厚度,这种方法相对简单,数据比较容易得到,但大多数管线沿线结蜡分布不均匀,使得根据压降反算得到的平均蜡层厚度[1]和管线实际蜡层厚度偏差较大。本文用现场管线平均蜡层厚度随时间变化函数与室内管线结蜡速率随油温变化函数相结合计算出某输油管线的清蜡周期。In order to determine the reasonable wax removal period of oil field pipeline,it is necessary to know the thickness of wax layer. At present,the average wax layer thickness of pipeline is calculated based on the pressure drop between stations. This method is relatively simple and the data is easy to obtain,However,the distribution of wax deposition along most pipelines is not uniform,which makes the difference between the average wax layer thickness obtained by the inverse calculation of pressure drop and the actual wax layer thickness. In this paper,the wax removal period of an oil pipeline is calculated by combining the function of average wax layer thickness with time and the function of wax deposition rate with oil temperature.
