摘 要:当海洋采油平台临近海洋生物保护区时一旦发生溢油事故,在不利风向下很短时间内就会影响到保护区,常规的应急响应措施很难满足防护需求。某工程项目通过在新建采油平台与保护区之间布设固定式围油栏,阻断溢油通道来消除溢油进入保护区的风险。结合场址以期相关实际情况,选择打入式钢桩作为围油栏的限位基础。因此,以围油栏的限位桩作为研究对象,对其设计方法进行,推荐了围油栏限位桩的设计方法项目提供一定参考和借鉴。When the offshore platform is closed to the marine biological protection area,once the oil spill accident occurs in the adverse wind direction,it will affect the protection area in a short time,and the conventional emergency response measures are difficult to meet the protection need. In order to eliminate the risk of oil spilling into the protection area,a fixed oil boom is set between the new platform and the protection area to block the oil spilling channel. Combined with the actual situation of the site,the driven steel pile is selected as the limiting foundation of the oil boom. In this paper,the limit pile of oil boom is taken as the research object,and its design analysis method is studied,which can provide some reference for similar projects.
