摘 要:危险和可操作性分析(HAZOP)是目前广泛应用的一种定性危害辨识方法,在石油天然气行业得到了广泛应用。盐穴地下储气库注气站通过开展HAZOP,逐节点地查找过滤分离区的各种偏差,对导致偏差的原因及现有安全措施进行细致地分析。若已有的安全措施不充分,则提出建议的安全措施对安全隐患给予彻底地隔离或消除。本研究有助于全面辨识储气库注气站的安全隐患,有助于提高工艺设施及人员操作的可靠性,为管理者的工艺安全管理提供相应的理论依据。HAZOP is a kind of qualitative hazard identification method,and has been widely used in the oil and gas industry. Through HAZOP analysis of gas injection station of salt cavern gas storages,various deviations of the filter separation were searched by node,and the cause of the deviation and the existing safety measures were analyzed in detail. For the equipment with inadequate safety measures,efficient safety measures which can completely isolate or eliminate the hidden dangers of safety have been proposed. This work contributes to thoroughly identify security risks of gas injection station of salt cavern gas storages,improves the reliability of process facilities and personnel operation,and provides a theoretical basis for the managers of process safety management.
