摘  要:为了研究小麦优质亚基导入效率,进一步提升小麦品质,实现小麦高产、优质性状同步提升,保证国家粮食安全,通过将优质、强筋春小麦‘津强1号’与高产冬小麦‘济麦22’进行人工杂交,将‘津强1号’与品质密切相关的Bx7^(OE)及Dx5+Dy10优质亚基转入‘济麦22’中,筛选农艺性状优良同时利用STS标记筛选含有Bx7^(OE)及Dx5+Dy10优质亚基的后代,结果表明,在经过初步农艺性状筛选出的59个F_(3)代株系中,33份材料含有Bx7^(OE)优质亚基、41份材料含有Dx5+Dy10优质亚基,27份材料既含有Bx7^(OE)又含有Dx5+Dy10优质亚基。Bx7^(OE)及Dx5+Dy10优质亚基导入冬小麦‘济麦22’的难度较小,但是结合农艺性状后,兼具Bx7^(OE)及Dx5+Dy10优质亚基及优异农艺性状的难度较大,在提升小麦品质时,杂交F1代应扩大群体量,并在育种低世代引入优质亚基分子标记辅助育种技术,降低育种工作量,同时可对含有目标品质性状的品系进行连续回交,在保证主栽品种的优良农艺性状下提高其品质。本研究为通过Bx7^(OE)及Dx5+Dy10优质亚基提升冬小麦品质提供了新的思路。A study on the import efficiency of high molecular wheat subunits of glutenin was conducted for further improveing the quality of the bread wheat,and achieveing high yield and quality traits to ensure national food security.Using the spring bread wheat‘Jinqing 1’and a high yield of winter wheat‘Jimai 22’for artificial hybridization,‘Jinqing 1’and its closed related wheat subunits of glutenin of Bx7^(OE) and Dx5+Dy10 were imported to‘Jimai 22’.Then the nice agronomic characters was screened,at the same time,STS markers was used to screen Bx7^(OE) and Dx5+Dy10.The results showed that among the 59 individuals of F_(3) which were screened through preliminary agronomic traits,33 individuals contained Bx7^(OE),41 contained Dx5+Dy10,and 27 contained both Bx7^(OE) and Dx5+Dy10.Bx7^(OE) and Dx5+Dy10 subunits could be imported to winter wheat‘Jimai 22’,however,after combination of agronomic traits,both Bx7^(OE) and Dx5+Dy10 were difficult.With the improvement of the quality in bread wheat,the quantity of population of hybrid F1 generation should be expanded,and in early generation,molecular marker assisted breeding technology in high quality subunit shoule be introduced to reduce the breeding workload for improving its quality.Therefore,this study provides a new way to improve the quality of winter wheat by Bx7^(OE) and Dx5+Dy10.
