摘  要:发动机悬置系统的传递力可以对悬置系统的隔振性能进行有效评价。针对悬置传递力在试验中难以获取的问题,以电阻应变片为敏感元件,制作了一款适用于发动机悬置的测力传感器,并搭建了相应的测试系统。使用底盘测功机在整车条件下对传感器进行了标定,得到了悬置传递力和传感器测试信号的比例关系。在整车定置和道路试验工况下进行测试,获得了悬置传递力的有效测试结果。结果表明,该测试方法和测力传感器具有较好的创新性,为悬置力的测试提供了一个新的方法和途径。The Engine mount force can effectively evaluate the vibration isolation performance of engine mounting system.Aiming at the problem that the mount force is difficult to be obtained in the test,a force sensor which is suitable for the engine mount is made by using resistance strain gauge as the sensitive element,and the corresponding test system is built too.The sensor is calibrated under the complete vehicle by using the chassis dynamometer.The proportional relationship between the engine mount force and the test signal of the sensor is obtained.The effective test results of engine mount force are obtained through the test carried out under vehicle idle and road test.The test results show that the test method and sensor design have good innovation and provides a reference for the test of mounting force.
