摘　　要：钝性心脏损伤(BCI)是一类高异质性的心脏损伤,其临床类型多样,损伤表现各异,且具有伤情隐蔽、诊断困难、处理复杂、预后不良等特征。除诊断标准尚不完全明确以外,其流行病学特点、临床分类、诊断手段、治疗措施等资料也不完善,亟需研究探讨。BCI因其高发生率、高病死率的特点正严重威胁人类生命健康。本文对BCI的致伤机制、分类、诊断及治疗等研究进展进行综述,以期为临床诊治和未来研究提供参考。Blunt cardiac injury(BCI),as a heterogeneous category of cardiac trauma,encompasses multiple different subtypes with wide spectrum of clinical manifestations.BCI is a challenging clinical entity to diagnose or manage and shows unfavorable prognosis.The difficulties in lack of clear diagnostic criteria and fully understanding epidemiology,clinical classification,diagnosis algorithm and treatment measures should be resolved urgently.BCI is seriously threatening public health with significant morbidity and mortality.The injury cause,classification,diagnosis and current clinical research progress of BCI is reviewed in this paper.
