摘　　要：目的分析醋酸亮丙瑞林联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法抽取2017年3月至2020年3月郑州人民医院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者92例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用醋酸亮丙瑞林。比较两组疗效及治疗前后血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇、促黄体生成素(LH)、血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.48%,43/46)高于对照组(76.09%,35/46),P<0.05。治疗后,两组血清FSH、雌二醇、LH、EMAb、VEGF、CA125水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醋酸亮丙瑞林联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜异位症效果显著,可调节细胞因子和性激素表达水平,改善卵巢功能。Objective To analyze the effect of leuprolide acetate combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol in the treatment of patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with endometriosis treated in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol,and patients in the observation group were treated with leuprolide acetate on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,and the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol,luteinizing hormone(LH),anti endometrial antibody(EMAb),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%(43/46),higher than the 76.09%(35/46)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of FSH,estradiol,LH,EMAb,VEGF and CA125 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Leuprolide acetate combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol are effective in the treatment of endometriosis,which can regulate the expression of cytokines and sex hormones,and improve ovarian function.
