摘 要:基于ABAQUS平台建立了TA18中强钛合金管数控弯曲成形过程的有限元模型,并对模型进行了可靠性评估。通过虚拟正交试验,研究了结构参数与工艺参数对TA18中强钛合金管数控弯曲成形工艺影响的显著性。从壁厚减薄率、截面畸变率、壁厚增厚率、回弹角这4个方面综合研究分析表明,不同因素对TA18中强钛合金管弯曲成形的影响程度依次为:相对弯曲半径、弯曲角度、芯棒伸出量、芯棒与管间隙、弯曲速度、芯棒与管之间的摩擦系数、压块与管之间的摩擦系数。在本文所选参数水平中,当结构参数为相对弯曲半径r/d=3.0、弯曲速度v=0.8 rad·s^(-1),以及工艺参数为弯曲角度θ=90°、芯棒伸出量e=3 mm、芯棒与管间隙δ=0.3 mm、芯棒与管之间的摩擦系数f_(1)=0.2、压块与管之间的摩擦系数f_(2)=0.2时,TA18中强钛合金管数控弯曲成形的质量最好。The finite element model of numerical control(NC)bending process for TA18 medium strength titanium alloy tube was established based on ABAQUS platform,and the reliability of the model was evaluated.Through virtual orthogonal test,the significance of influence for structure and process parameters on the NC bending process of TA18 medium strength titanium alloy tube was researched.The comprehensive researches from the four aspects of wall thinning ratio,cross section deformation ratio,wall thickening ratio and springback angle show that the influence degree of different factors on the bending of TA18 medium strength titanium alloy tube is as follow:relative bending radius,bending angle,mandrel protrusion length,clearance between mandrel and tube,bending speed,friction coefficient between mandrel and tube,and friction coefficient between block and tube.For the parameter level selected in this paper,under the structural parameters of relative bending radius r/d=3.0 and bending speed v=0.8 rad·s^(-1),as well as the process parameters of bending angleθ=90°,mandrel protrusion length e=3 mm,clearance between mandrel and tubeδ=0.3 mm,friction coefficient between mandrel and tube f_(1)=0.2 and friction coefficient between block and tube f_(2)=0.2,the quality of NC bending for TA18 medium strength titanium alloy tube is the best.
