摘 要:利用实验和有限元模拟的方法,研究了无模成形工艺参数对金属管变形行为及波纹管尺寸的影响规律。研究采用SUS 304不锈钢管为坯料,并利用不同参数的无模成形工艺成功地获得了具有良好形状的波纹管。首先,建立了金属波纹管无模成形的有限元模型,通过对比轴向温度分布及波纹管轮廓尺寸的模拟值与实测值,验证了所建立模型的可靠性。其次,应用该模型计算了不同工艺参数对波纹管成形行为的影响。结果表明,在成形过程中,两端速度比、变形区宽度等参数对金属管的波峰高度、波峰间距、壁厚和变形行为具有显著影响,通过控制合理的参数可以制备出具有预期形状的金属波纹管。The influence laws of dieless forming process parameters on the deformation behavior of metal tube and the dimensions of bellows were studied by means of experiment and finite element simulation.The SUS 304 stainless steel tube was used as blank and the bellows with good shape were obtained successfully by dieless forming process with different parameters.Firstly,the finite element model of dieless forming for metal bellows was established.The reliability of the model was verified by comparing the simulated and measured values of axial temperature distribution and profile dimensions of bellows.Secondly,the influence of different process parameters on the forming behavior of bellows was calculated by the model.The results show that in the forming process,the parameters such as velocity ratio at both ends and width of deformation zone have significant influence on peak height and spacing,wall thickness and deformation behavior of metal tube,and the metal bellows of desired shape can be controlled by adjusting the parameters reasonably.
