煤基甲醇溶液中微量铬的测定

摘  要:以糠醛和1,3-二胺基硫脲合成的糠醛缩-1,3-二氨基硫脲为中性载体,将其与碳粉混合,以液体石蜡为黏合剂,制备了新型的铬(Ⅲ)离子选择性电极。室温下,电极对Cr^(3+)的能斯特响应范围为4.00×10^(-7)~1.00×10^(-2) mol/L,斜率为-20.33 mV/dec,检出限为1.55×10^(-7)mol/L。电极响应时间<20 s,pH使用范围广(3.20~5.00),稳定性好,使用寿命长。在选定的条件下,考察了10余种离子的干扰情况,并利用该离子选择性电极对煤基甲醇中的Cr^(3+)进行了测定,取得了较好的检测结果。With furfural-1,3-diamino-2-thiourea synthesized by furfural and 1,3-diamino-2-thiourea as a neutral carrier followed by mixing with carbon powder, liquid paraffin as the adhesive, a new type of chromium(Ⅲ) ion selective electrode was produced. At room temperature, the response range of electrode to Cr3+ was 4.00×10^(-7)~1.00×10^(-2) mol/L, the slope was 20.33 mV/dec, and the detection limit was 1.55×10^(-7) mol/L. Electrode response time was less than 20 s, and the pH range was wide(3.20~5.00) with a good stability and a long service of life. The interference of more than 10 kinds of ions was investigated under the selected conditions, and Cr^(3+) in coal-based methanol was measured by using the ion selective electrode with good results.
