摘  要:为满足海上高含水油田高效水驱开发的需求,制备了环保型无机硅酸盐类凝胶体系,以实现深部液流转向,并对其性能及其影响因素进行了评价。实验结果显示,硅酸钠溶液与渤海油田高矿化度区块注入水中的离子自发反应生成环保型调驱剂,可实现在线注入,具有快速溶解、耐温、抗盐、环保、廉价等特点。结合低质量浓度的液体聚合物(500 mg/L),形成的环保型无机复合体系,可进一步提高体系的黏度和强度。封堵性实验显示,无机凝胶剂+液体聚合物体系能够大幅度增加流动阻力,表现出较好的深部液流转向能力。Inorganic precipitating diversion agent was developed for in-depth water diversion to improve water flooding effect. The results showed that the agent reacted with Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the formation water to form inorganic silicate gel so as to be injected online. This new agent has the features of fast solution, temperature resistance, salt resistance, environmentally friendly and cost-effective. When the liquid polymer(500 mg/L) were added, a trengthened inorganic composite gel system was obtained so as to further improve the system’s viscosity and strength. The experimental results showed that the plugging effect increased with the increasing in permeability. Results of core flooding experiment showed that liquid polymer system can significantly improve the flow resistance. The plugging efficiency was between showing a good deep profile control ability.
