摘  要:利用炭黑颗粒和荧光颜料的结合,配制基于荧光的复合微粒悬浮液,以炭黑颗粒用量、荧光颜料用量、新型表面活性剂用量、搅拌温度为影响因素,每个因素设置4个不同的水平因子,采用正交试验设计配制悬浮液,将配制的悬浮液分别显现瓷砖、铝箔、黑色塑料片、载玻片4种客体上的遗留手印,在白光、蓝激光下观察手印显现效果并评分,通过极差分析法,得出悬浮液的最佳配方为炭黑颗粒4.0 g,荧光颜料2.5 g,新型表面活性剂0.4 mL,搅拌温度40℃。按照最佳配方配制悬浮液,用其显现浅色客体、深色客体和表面粗糙客体上的遗留手印,结果表明手印显现效果佳,该方法稳定可行。复合微粒悬浮液结合了炭黑和荧光悬浮液两者的特点,使得显现后的手印纹线在白光下呈深色,在激光下发出绿色荧光,满足对不同客体上手印显现的效果需求,提高了悬浮液对客体的适用性,同时提高了对表面粗糙客体上遗留手印的显现效果,也更能突显手印的细节特征,在现场手印的发现、显现和提取中具有很好的应用前景。A kind of fluorescent composite particle suspension was prepared by combining carbon black particles with fluorescent pigments. Using the dosage of carbon black particles, fluorescent pigments and new surfactant, and stirring temperature as the influencing factors with four different horizontals for each factor, the suspension was designed by orthogonal experiment and the prepared suspension was used to develop the latent fingerprints on four kinds of objects: ceramic tile, aluminum foil, black plastic sheet and glass slide, respectively. The developing effect of fingerprints was observed and graded under white light and blue laser, and the best preparation method of suspension was obtained by range analysis method: carbon black particle 4.0 g, fluorescent pigment 2.5 g, new surfactant 0.4 mL and stirring temperature 40 ℃. According to the best formula, the suspension was used to develop the latent fingerprints of light-colored object, dark-colored object and rough object, The results showed that this method is stable and feasible. The composite particle suspension combines the characteristics of carbon black and fluorescent suspension so as to develop fingerprints lines dark under white light and green fluorescence under excitation light, This method meets the requirements for the effect of latent fingerprints development on different objects and improves the applicability of suspension to objects, at the same time, it improves the developing effect of latent fingerprints on rough objects so that it can also highlight the detailed features of fingerprints with a good application prospect in the field of fingerprints discovery, development and extraction.
