摘 要:为了验证机械助力飞行操纵系统的功能性能满足使用要求,文中详细说明了在工程研制及适航审定过程中应开展的试验项目。特别地结合国内某重点型号民用运输类飞机的研制,详细描述铁鸟试验任务要求,包括试验设备的要求及通过解决现有试验中遇到的问题,总结得到的试验注意要点。通过已完成的铁鸟试验,实现了型号飞机飞行操纵系统的前期验证,包括正常功能性能测试、故障模拟测试、飞行品质初步评估、首飞前的空勤培训等。结果表明,规划的铁鸟试验任务能够实现飞行操纵系统功能性能的验证,发现设计过程中疏漏的问题,达到完善和验证系统设计的目的。In order to verify the functional performance of the mechanical hydraulic booster flight control system meets the operational requirements,this paper describes the test projects that should be carried out in the process of engineering development and airworthiness approval in detail.Especially combined with the development of a key type of civil transport aircraft in China,this paper focuses on the task requirements of the iron-bird test,including the requirements of the test equipments and the key points for attention by solving the problems encountered in the existing tests.Through the completed iron-bird test,the preliminary verification of the flight control system of the model aircraft has been realized,including normal function performance test,f ault simulation test,preliminary flight quality evaluation,aircrew training before the first flight,etc.The results show that the planned ironbird test missions can verify the function and performance of the flight control system,f ind the omissions in the design process,and achieve the purpose of improving and verifying the system design.
