摘 要:根据民用飞机结构维修大纲的组成和抽样检查工作的特点,文中针对结构偶然损伤、环境退化和疲劳损伤3种损伤形式的损伤发展特征进行分析,定义了抽样检查方案适用的具体范围。在此基础上,对抽样检查方案全过程确定技术进行研究,给出了环境退化和疲劳损伤抽样检查任务的分析方法、机队抽样飞机的选择方法,及民机运营过程中抽样检查方案的执行原则。通过直接维修成本估算,确定了抽样检查方案在维修成本方面的优势。According to the composition of civil aircraft structure maintenance program and the characteristics of sampling inspection,this paper analyzed the damage development characteristics of structural accidental damage,environmental deterioration and fatigue damage,and defines the specific scope of sampling inspection program.On this basis,the technology for determining the whole process of the sampling inspection program was researched,and the analysis method of environmental degradation and fatigue damage sampling inspection tasks,the selection method of the sampled aircraft in fleet,and the implementation principle of the sampling inspection program during the aircraft operation were given;At last,Through direct maintenance cost estimation,the advantage of sampling inspection program in maintenance cost is determined.
