摘  要:研究扬声器支片基材材料、纺织结构以及酚醛树脂含浸浓度对支片力学性能的影响,研究结果表明,支片基材的差异对支片力学性能有较大影响,Conex较小支数的材料因吸附更多树脂而表现出较高的拉伸强度和韧性,增大纱线密度可以提升支片材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,增加酚醛树脂比重能够提高支片材料的杨氏模量和拉伸强度,树脂对基材纤维以及纱线交织节点有包覆增强的作用。This paper mainly studies the effects of base material,textile structure and phenolic resin concentration on the mechanical properties of loudspeaker support.The results show that the difference of base material has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the support.The material with smaller number of conex shows higher tensile strength and toughness because it absorbs more resin.Increasing the yarn density can improve the tensile strength of the support The results show that the young’s modulus and tensile strength can be improved by increasing the specific gravity of phenolic resin.The resin has the function of coating and strengthening the base fiber and yarn interlacing node..
